This modest blog's most frequent commentator, Anonymous, points out difficulty downloading from megaupload. The fault is with Orcon. Some info on what's going on, and about how Orcon seems to be taking its sweet time doing anything about can be found here.
Downloading from megaupload is generally possible between 12am to the early hours of the afternoon.
