Wellington band The Phoenix Foundation found time between various member’s solo projects to record the third album in the ‘Horse Trilogy’- Happy Ending. The hometown release gig was at the grand old Opera House - taking the heckled, stage-banter infused gigs they’ve become renowned for to the big stage. The band stepped it up sonically, performing extended psychedelic jams of some old favourites, and songs from the new album. 12 January 2008
